Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

Pflege von Systemen nach Übernahme aus nationalen und internationalen IT-Projekten im SAP-Umfeld in den Managed Service
Managed Service für namenhafte Kunden - sowohl in DACH-Region als auch im Ausland (u.a. Singapur, USA, Norwegen, ...)
Betriebsunterstützung bei der Pflege der Kundensysteme
Analyse und Fehlerbehebung in vielschichtigen IT-Architekturen
Technische Unterstützung der Kunden in ihrer Systemumgebung
Einrichtungen und Anpassungen in lokalen, Hybrid und Cloud Systemumgebungen
Installation, Update und Konfiguration von Softwarelösungen
2nd und 3rd Level Support (Annahme, Qualifikation und Bearbeitung von Servicefällen, Incidents Service Request und Change Requests)
Pflege diverser Dokumentationen (u.a. Betriebsführungshandbuch)

Dein Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen Abschluss als Fachinformatiker oder Informatikkaufmann, sowie erste relevante Berufserfahrung
Fachkenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche
- IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerke, Virtualisierung, Server-Betriebssysteme und Datenbanken
Erfahrungen in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, Cloud, OpenText, ITIL von Vorteil
Neugier und den Willen sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und professionelles Auftreten
Teamfähigkeit, Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie eine qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Geringe Reisebereitschaft
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch C1)

Your tasks and responsibilities

Maintenance of systems after takeover from national and international IT projects in the SAP environment into the Managed Service
Managed Service for well-known customers - both in DACH region and abroad (including Singapore, USA, Norway, ...)
Operational support in the maintenance of customer systems
Analysis and troubleshooting in multi-layered IT architectures
Technical support of customers in their system environment
Setups and customizations in local, hybrid and cloud system environments
Installation, update and configuration of software solutions
2nd and 3rd level support (acceptance, qualification and processing of service cases, incidents service request and change requests)
Maintenance of various documentations (e.g. operations manual)

Your profile

A degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, (business) engineering, economics or a degree in information technology or information technology management, as well as initial relevant professional experience
Expertise in at least one of the following areas :IT infrastructure, networks, virtualization, server operating systems and databases
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, Cloud, OpenText, ITIL an advantage
Curiosity and the will to familiarize yourself with new topics
Analytical and structured thinking skills, initiative and professional appearance
Ability to work in a team, service mentality as well as a quality-oriented way of working
Limited willingness to travel
Fluent German and fluent written and spoken English (German C1)
