- At least three years of experience in project management of IT or SAP projects
- Willingness to take responsibility for sales, costs, employees and results
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Organizational and planning skills as well as very good negotiation skills
- Competent appearance towards customers and partners
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel
